Will the weather hold?

Right now we are fully packed for the climb, waiting at our hotel, with beautiful weather. We are anxious to go up, but in the meantime we keep a watchful eye on the weather radar. Right now it is looking good, but you never now in the mountains. We are going to wait for another three hours before we go up and everything can change in that time. We will just wait and see. It is as exciting as it frustrating to stay down below, while we see a climeable summit. We can only keep our hopes up. Hopefully till tomorrow evening!

We zijn op dit moment helemaal klaar om te gaan, terwijl we bij ons hotel zitten te wachten in het zonnetje. We kunnen niet wachten om naar boven te gaan, maar houden ondertussen de Franse buienradar scherp in de gaten. Op dit moment ziet het er allemaal goed uit, maar in de bergen kan alles zo veranderen. We moeten nu nog drie uur wachten, voordat we naar boven gaan en de situatie kan dan weer heel anders zijn. Maar we gaan het wel zien. Het is zowel spannend als frustrerend om beneden te zitten, terwijl we een klimbare top zien. We moeten maar blijven hopen. Hopelijk tot morgenavond!
